In order to monitor this agreement, British Pathé Limited may use your personally-identifiable information in accordance with its published Privacy Policy.

Nothing contained in this agreement shall be deemed to constitute or create a partnership or joint venture between the parties and neither party shall hold itself out as the agent of the other.

This agreement shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
